Nathan Dunn has over 25 years of building industry experience under his belt having run a successful new home building business for over 10 years. Nathan has a real passion for building homes and it’s in his blood as a second-generation builder. After leaving school Nathan went to work for the family’s construction company and has since gained many years of valuable experience with a large portfolio of quality homes constructed and many satisfied clients.

His professional and personal building experiences are the building blocks if you like to a successful home building experience with Zeal Homes. Zeal homes was born out of the enthusiasm and desire to see homes built different and with fresh thinking, and to increase the adaptability and lifecycle of a home by future proofing your investment in designing homes that will outlive and outlast the ordinary home.

Lee is our accounts and admin superstar who manages everything related to the management of the office at Zeal Homes.

Lee is an experienced administrator who is very accomplished in working with all of our clients with the sensitivity and necessary care and organisation that a pre-site professional role demands.

Lee is an astute and very organised person who prides herself on her attention to detail and delivering on her personal promises. You will be in great hands when you deal with Lee during all stages of your home.

As well as being our office manager, Lee is one of the owners at Zeal and Nathan’s better half.

Tom is the newest addition to our small family-run team at Zeal Homes. With a passion for building homes, Tom brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our dynamic team.

Tom is no stranger to the world of building homes. With over 12 years of experience in running building companies, he has honed his skills and developed a keen understanding of what it takes to deliver a home on time and to his exacting standards.

His dedication to delivering exceptional results and his commitment to the Zeal Homes Way, align seamlessly with our vision at Zeal Homes.

In his role as Construction Manager, Tom will be in charge of delivering your home to the highest quality with attention to detail.

With his innovative approach and collaborative mindset, he is poised to make significant contributions to our team and further elevate our business over the years to come.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tom enjoys the evenings and weekends with his partner Maya and his two kids, attending kids sport, a round of golf and can’t beat a holiday to the snow to enjoy some skiing.

We are thrilled to have Tom on board and look forward to the valuable insights, expertise, and energy he brings to our team.

Kerry works with Zeal Homes as our trusted lending specialist.
