Nathan Dunn has over 25 years of building industry experience under his belt having run a successful new home building business for over 10 years. Nathan has a real passion for building homes and it’s in his blood as a second-generation builder. After leaving school Nathan went to work for the family’s construction company and has since gained many years of valuable experience with a large portfolio of quality homes constructed and many satisfied clients.

His professional and personal building experiences are the building blocks if you like to a successful home building experience with Zeal Homes. Zeal homes was born out of the enthusiasm and desire to see homes built different and with fresh thinking, and to increase the adaptability and lifecycle of a home by future proofing your investment in designing homes that will outlive and outlast the ordinary home.

Nathan and the team are committed to provided outstanding client service through excellent communication processes, great enthusiasm to deliver exceptional results through high organisational skills and attention to detail in all they do. Lee is our accounts and admin superstar who manages everything related to the management of the office at Zeal Homes.

Lee is an experienced administrator who is very accomplished in working with all of our clients with the sensitivity and necessary care and organisation that a pre-site professional role demands.

Lee is an astute and very organised person who prides herself on her attention to detail and delivering on her personal promises. You will be in great hands when you deal with Lee during all stages of your home.

As well as being our office manager, Lee is one of the owners at Zeal and Nathan’s better half.
