Zeal Homes are excellent to deal with. Very professional all the way through the build. Their project management is well organised. We are 100% happy with our beautiful home.

As a foreign couple, we have spent about 3 month to find an ideally building team which is Zeal Homes.
As there are so many on the market, and we have not much experience to build a house, and even not sure where should we start, Zeal homes is one of the best team we met.

We met Nathan, and discussed with him about our plan, he helped us to customize the plan for us, as we inquired to build a duplex.
In the beginning, we found a house we like they were building, and the quality of the house is fantastic, my wife and I made a decision straight away without any hesitate.
The big issue for us is the communication from builders, some of the parts are not very smooth, such as the plan updates, and price, but all fixed when we spoke to Nathan.

In addition, sad thing was our supervisor left in terms of middle of the project, but Nathan looked after it and made sure it is on the right track.

Overall, even there are some stages not going very smooth, the completed project- the duplex is nearly perfect, except for the cleaning part, but the cleaning team contacted us later and fixed it.

Suggestions: it is very important to make sure to email everything as an evidence, and if there is any little things you are not sure, please ask your building team, before you sign the contract and start your project."

Nathan, you told us you could deliver us a house in 5 months and you wouldn't stuff around – you have delivered exactly to that statement. You listened to our tight budget constraints from day one and worked despite challenging market conditions to deliver on that. We are very thankful that we have come across Zeal because quite frankly the stone walling we were getting from other builders prior to engaging yourself was nothing short of debilitating.

Lee, you have been excellent to deal with from an administration perspective. You worked a weekend to accommodate our selections which we thought was impressive that you'd go that extra mile. The selections and guidance from your consultant has also proved valuable in the finished product – especially around the bench top that we were undecided on. We are very pleased with everything.

Tom, since you joined Zeal, I've been incredibly impressed with your attention to detail and genuine commitment to a high quality finish. You've also been excellent to deal with on a day to day basis.

From spinning wheels getting nowhere for over 12 months with others to engaging Zeal and having the finished product in around 8 months is an excellent achievement.
